'24 wide receiver Cedric Lott Jr. has recommitted to Boston College after decommitting Monday night, he announced Tuesday afternoon, though the recruiting class still took a hit with Desman Stephens announcing his decommitment from the program.

"Thank You Boston College Staff and Fans for all the love and support," Stephens wrote on social media Tuesday. "After much consideration with my family, I have decided to re-open my recruitment. I appreciate you all. Go Eagles!"

After decommitting Monday, Lott recommitted Tuesday, writing "Still committed and locked in" on social media. This wasn't a surprise as he took down his decommitment post not long after posting it.

Stephans, the '24 defensive back, committed back in June as part of a large batch of commits -- around the same time Lott committed. Stephens is a 6-foot-2 three-star recruit out of Clarkson, Michigan.
